The Department is research-led and evidence-based and will give direction to the enhancement of teaching and learning across the disciplines by providing academic leadership for the continued development of excellence in academic practice. The department offers certificated programmes and academic development opportunities to assist Faculties in the implementation of the strategic priorities set out in the University's Learning and Teaching Strategy.
The successful candidate will hold a doctorate in education (or related field) and a track record of research in education evidenced by funding and publications commensurate with the stage in their career.
