Examining work - HE intersections: What counts as learning at work, and for whom?
Dr Kerry Harman, Senior Research Fellow, Middlesex University This presentation mapped a field of multiple and mobile force relations between professional developers, workers, workplace learning academics, senior managers and organisational learning theorists in terms of what counted as learning at work. The implications in terms of how learning at work might be assessed was explored.
