Becoming a sponsor will reinforce your organisation’s position as an important partner in Higher Education. The superb venue offers widespread visibility at the Conference. Packages include sponsoring a particular part of the conference, branding opportunities, exhibition space and advertising on the best pages in our conference programme. Your company logo will appear on the front of delegate bags and a flyer (max. A4) in Conference Welcome packs. The bag will be a lasting reminder of your company’s involvement with the 2009 conference. £1,750     Conference Dinner- Pre-dinner drinks reception Support a great networking opportunity. Includes name of sponsor printed on invitation cards provided to all delegates and guests for the Conference dinner to be held on 9th December 2009. You will be entitled to position your organisation’s banner in the drinks reception area and your organisation’s name and logo will appear in the conference programme.  You will also be acknowledged in the after dinner speech £1,500     Keynote / Plenary Sessions You have the opportunity to become a sponsor for one of the conference plenary sessions. This package includes details of sponsor support in the conference programme, the sponsors name/logo on the screen projections and your company display panel at the front of the room £3,000     Exhibition Space You can have an exhibition space throughout the duration of the conference. A standard unit space is 2m x 1m and includes one trestle table (1.8m x 0,8m). If you require more space for display further units can be bought at a reduced rate. Tea, coffee and lunch for up to 2 people will be complimentary from Tuesday 8 December to Thursday 10 December 2009.  £500     Inserts in Welcome Packs You can supply a flyer, booklet or promotional items to (maximum A4 size) in conference delegates’ welcome pack. £300     Advertisement in Conference Programme Full A4 Page (B & W) £200 Half A 4 Page (B & W) £100     Please note: All inserts must be received by SRHE not later than Friday 13 November 2009 All artwork for advertisements should be delivered in greyscale in digital format (TIFF, JPEG, PDF etc) and must be received by SRHE no later than Friday 6 November 2009     Internet Access   Internet access is free       Delivery Arrangements Delivery arrangements for flyers and display stands will be advised nearer to the date of the conference – packaging/delivery will be the responsibility of the sponsor/exhibitor.       Top
